Michael Yosef, Vice President
Michael has exposure to politics and policymaking at all levels of government. His experience includes working on state and local political campaigns in both Los Angeles and San Francisco. In addition, he served as scheduler and assistant to former Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy. In that capacity, Michael coordinated media, events, travel, and logistics for the Secretary, in addition to providing support for the Institute’s eight public policy-oriented programs. Michael has experience drafting measures and developing legislation in the California Legislature and providing research and support to the government affairs team at Cerrell Associates. Michael received his Juris Doctor from the UC Davis School of Law, where he founded the Policy and Political Law Association, the school’s only student organization dedicated to providing a forum for students interested in political, legislative, and public policy careers.
