David Caddle, Research Associate

David joined the Daley Strategies team in 2024 to continue his advocacy for urban policy and community development. Passionate about public service, David served as a fellow in the Mayor's offices in Jackson, MS, and Memphis, TN, where he demonstrated his skills in public safety audits, affordable housing development, and COVID-19 response. As a Public Affairs Fellow at the Coro Foundation in Los Angeles, David helped craft impact reports for Los Angeles County ballot initiatives, created Southern California's first Young Adult water forum, and crafted legislation to help reinvigorate creative economy in the Los Angeles region. With a strong foundation in policy analysis, community engagement, and leadership, David hopes to continue to drive positive change and advocate for inclusive urban development and sustainable growth. He is a graduate of Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Policy.
